1. Scope
This Policy explains how MOONR handles information when you use the interface, APIs, support forms, abuse reporting, and administration tools. Public blockchain data is outside MOONR's control and is not erasable through this interface.
2. Information we process
We process wallet addresses, token and transaction identifiers, network selection, token metadata, and public onchain activity. If you contact us or submit a report, we process the name, email, message, evidence, and account identifier you provide. Technical hosting systems may process security and request logs such as timestamps, routes, browser information, and network addresses.
3. How information is used
We use information to operate trading and launch features, display verified onchain data, respond to support, investigate abuse, secure the service, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
4. Public blockchain information
Wallet addresses, contracts, transfers, trades, and transaction data written to Arc are public. Anyone may copy, analyze, and retain that information. Do not put personal or confidential information in token metadata or blockchain transaction data.
5. Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to host the service, store uploads, or access Arc. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a legitimate organizational transaction. Third-party wallets, explorers, websites, and social links have their own privacy terms.
6. Retention and security
We retain support, abuse, operational, and audit records for as long as needed for their purpose, security, disputes, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Never send private keys or seed phrases.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible offchain personal information through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity. We cannot alter public blockchain records or information retained by independent third parties.
8. Updates
We may update this Policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
